Combined the equiptment forum with this one

It didn't really make sense in the organization of things to have the equipment forum be its one thing, when a lot of topics seem to cross boundary's at times. Therefore, I just combined that one into this one just to simplify things a little. If down the road it makes sense to have a dedicated forum I'm open to doing so.

Anyway if you are looking for that forum and notice its gone, its just combined into this one
