1. grouse of course

2. fresh lemon dont be shy with it

3. zesty italian dressing

4. pepper

5. garlic seasoning/or minced

6. chopped jalepenos or jabenero's depending how spicy you want it.

7. pineapples jury is still out on this. one time i loved it other time meh.

let your grouse or game bird of choice marinate in this overnight and cook and baste on the grill next day.

the zesty italian dressing just soaks into these birds for great flavoring.

Do you cover the breast with the dressing or just keep dishing it up over the top from time to time? Sounds great and tasty! While I didnt kill a single one this year, my boy sure put the hammer on a bunch. Truth be told, it was way funner to watch him blast'em than I ever had shooting them.

i keep brushing it on while grilling mighty tasty. i havnt tried with store bought chicken but i might give it a try

I tried this on cornish game hens (split) and it was fantastic Thanks Hazmat,cant wait to try it on doves.
