Best Tasting Utah Fish

ha-ha well DallanC stated Koke are the best tasting. I stated Walleye, Perch, Crappie...what's your bestest tasting table fare fish Utah has to offer you and your family...???
We never get skunked...its the fish that get skunked they just keep missing our lures....

Freshly caught trout cooked in foil right on the shore just after they are caught with lemon and butter is one of my favs.I also do like perch,and I have never tried walleye :oops:

I will convert you all... I'll get my wife's super simple salmon recipe, its a fast marinade followed up by a short time on the grill. Just outstanding. I'm more than open to trying the other great tasting species we have here. Never tried crappie... not sure where you even go to catch them.

Best place to catch Crappie is Pineview on the hard deck. Its locating them that can have on scratching the old noggin. They are really good...best size to catch is 9-11" anything bigger and 11" filleting can be a PITA because of the rib bones are rough on the fillet knife. Maybe this hard deck season we can have a little GTG at PV and try to locate them. Just a thought.
