Took a little drive again today, and me and the better half arrived at Grantsville at 10:30 and were the only ones there :) I did my usual fly and sinking bubble while she threaded the old worm and power bait on a second hook.she got a few bites but no fish.I lost 2 right off the bat, then pulled this guy in.Only fish of the day,but it will feed us both tonight. Here are a couple picts of how low it is there. It was nice to get out

Nice fatty 'bow! Great eating size, especially this time of year as the water cools down. I gotta get out and get me some fresh ones for dinner in the next week or two.

Thats a fat bow very nice. Its always a great day when ya can get out and wet a line or two no matter the outcome or participation rate from the finned critters. So how did you cook the bow? Grill, bake, fry or sushi? ;) ;)
We never get skunked...its the fish that get skunked they just keep missing our lures....

When I can get a trout this size I like to bake them.Stuff the cavity with lemons,onions,garlic. 45 minutes 350 in foil.15 minutes 350 foil off.Yum :!:
