In search of pistol powder

by KattTraxx » Fri Jan 03, 2014 8:55 am

Looking for a pound or two of good pistol powder. I am loading for a .38/.357/.40S&W.. I have everything I need, except powder. (And a really nice progressive press).. Looking for one of those too. Any help would be appreciated. You can even text me @ (435) 340-1051.. Thanks..

Cabelas I noticed has been getting it in more frequently lately... you might want to give the gun desk a call several times a week after they get in shipments to see if they have any. I was in the same boat for W231, never found any in stores but a nice member sold me a pound he wasn't using. Nice thing about pistol powders is 1 pound will load up a heck of alot of cartridges.

Will let you know though if I see any in stores. Where are you located?

Thanks Dallan.. I am down in Ephraim. It is a bit of a drive to Utah/Salt Lake valleys, but I will sure make it if I can just have reasonable assurance that there is powder available.. I will ping Cabelas and get a feel for availability.. Thanks for the "Heads Up"..
