Free propane tankSOLD

Ive got a older propane tank from a bbq I junked. If anyone can use it, it is free. Has some rust on it. Live in West Valley.P.M.for directions. SOLD
How old? Does it have the internal tip over valve thingy? I had one of those, local company wouldnt refill it (took it to a supermarket and exchanged it there, the lady didnt know the difference lol).
