My wife just bottled up a TON of sala. Shredded and froze about 20lbs of zucchini for bread over the winter. Still got a ton more zucchini sprouting (those plants are amazing how many lbs of food they produce.. weekly). Corn didnt turn out so hot this year, never got sweet. Still got a ton of tomatoes and peppers growing.

Ok... Here we go. Bwhntr's world famous Bloody Mary Mix (12 quart batch)
3 gallons tomato juice (which is about 10 gallons of unjuiced)
25 ounces Worcestershire Sauce
21 ounces lime juice
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
8 ounces beef bouillon
15 teaspoons celery salt
Just mix together in large pot and bring to boil. Place in sanitized jars and seal.

Sounds great. It takes about 10 gallons of tomatoes to get 3 gallons of juice. It will be worth it though. I just did my first batch of salsa today.

Picked the last tomatoes, wrapped the green ones in paper to ripen later, got all of the other stuff picked ,ready to till in the mulch and be ready for next year. Was a short summer, not nearly enough time spent on the water.time to focus on some fall fishing and some ducks.
